2012 Land Rover Defender
At this precise moment, in the heart of Project Kahn’s creative laboratory – where all their designs are realized – the design team, led by principal British designer Afzal Kahn, have begun working on Kahn treatments of the prospective new Land Rover Defender.
To be launched under the Kahn Expedition Vehicles brand, these vehicles feature the kind of refinements which make Project Kahn’s bespoke vehicles a favourite amongst discerning customers. The design proposals look to create speedier, bespoke and still hard-core off roaders which retain their off road roots while adding a dose of luxury and individuality. The variety of designs show their willingness to cater to every customer’s desire, while remaining refined and seeking to sympathetically tweak already high-quality products.
Evolved through skilled artistic and engineering innovation and using state-of-the-art manufacturing and materials technology, Kahn RS wheels used on the initial images exemplify what A. Kahn Design is all about – creating something that is both unique but refined enough to both complement and enhance each vehicle. Furthermore, the RS wheels accommodate all original Land Rover Centre caps and are one part of the conversion already available for current Land Rover and Range Rover models.
Inside will be the expected bespoke touch. We provide our customers with the opportunity to express one’s individuality. And they can have whatever they want. We could, for example, design for you a vehicle with an exterior the colour of your shirt and an interior the same shade of your living room. The choice is yours.
